Order FAQs

This page provides answers to commonly asked questions relating to the Ordering Process.

Q)   How will I know you have received my order?
A)  We will email you within 24 hours to inform you that your order has been received. Please contact us if you feel that you have placed an order though have not heard from us within the 24 hours timeframe.
   
Q) What happens if the product I want is not in stock?
A)  We will contact you within 24 hours if the product you want is temporarily out of stock or no longer available and assist you in deciding whether to wait or choose another product.
   
Q) How much will it cost to have my goods posted to me?
A)  We offer free regular postage Australia wide on all orders. Should you require express postage or a courier service we can arrange this for you at your expense.
   
Q) How long will it take to receive my goods once I have placed an order?
A)  Providing we have the product in stock, once we have received your order and payment has been processed your order will be dispatched immediately. We will contact you to let you know your order has been dispatched or if there is a problem with processing your payment. Please allow up to 10 working days.
   
Q) What if I need the product by a specific date and it is less than the 10 day delivery period?
A)  Please contact us and we will work with you to organise speedy delivery.
   
Q) What happens if I receive my order and it is incomplete or not what I asked for?
A)  You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and we will rectify it immediately. We will credit you for the return postage cost of any incorrect product.
   
Q) What happens if I receive a product and it is damaged in some way?
A)  All products are quality checked before they are dispatched. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods to request a replacement. We cannot be held responsible for damage of products in transit and recommend you take out insurance to cover against such instances.
   
Q) What happens if I have been told my order has been dispatched but I don't receive it?
A)  Please notify us if you have not received your order within a reasonable amount of time. We maintain dispatch records so can verify the location it was sent from and the day it was sent. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit and recommend you take out insurance to cover against such instances.
