Payment FAQs

This page provides answers to commonly asked questions relating to Payment of Orders.

Q)   What methods of payment can I use to purchase goods?
A)  There are 5 methods of payment available to purchase goods.
    • Credit card (select "Other" as payment option for online orders)
    • PayPal
    • Cheque
    • Money order
    • Direct deposit

    Please see the relevant section Below for more details on each of these payment methods

 

Credit card

We accept payment by Credit Card for online orders - Simply select "Other" as the payment option and we will contact you via phone to confirm your order and request your card details.
Note: We are required to verify the availability of funds for Credit card sales of $50 or more and will do so through our financial institution prior to dispatching your order. We will notify you should there be insufficient funds available.

PayPal

Select “PayPal” as your payment option. Click on “Submit order”. Click on “Make payment with PayPal” and you will be taken to PayPal to complete the transaction.

Cheque or money Order

  • Make all payments out to JC'N'ME.
  • Mail your cheque or money order (along with a copy of your confirmation email) to JC'N'ME at PO Box 82, Mount Gravatt, QLD, 4122, Australia. Your order will be dispatched upon bank clearance of funds.

Direct Deposit

Phone our office during business hours on 07 3219 4173 for our account details. Please leave your name and return phone number if we are unable to take your call at the time. International callers please dial 61 7 3219 4173.

Q) How do I know my payment has been received and processed?
A)  We will notify you when your payment has been received and processed.
